STRUCTURED WATER, INVIGORATED WATER
dispensing vital energy for all our needs
In hot weather, you can feel even more intensely how vital water is to your health.
And you may be surprised to discover that the water you need so badly may not be the water you think it is.
Remember that at school we were taught that water exists in only three forms:
- Liquid: like the water you drink;
- Gaseous: like water, which turns into steam when it boils;
- Solid: like water, which turns to ice when the temperature drops below 0 Celsius.
If scientists are to be believed, there is little else to discover about water.
But that's not the view of American bioengineer Gerald Pollack, one of the most fascinating and controversial scientists of our time.
According to his research, water also exists in a fourth, so-called 'structured' or 'living' form.
According to him, this new type of water could help to solve many health problems, such as joint pain, headaches, lack of energy, memory problems and fatigue.
It could even help people lose weight.
If this discovery is confirmed by everyone, it could completely change our understanding of water and its implications for health.
H3O2: the water that creates life.
If you could hold this structured water in your hand, you would feel a substance with a texture similar to egg white. Structured water is both as fine as a liquid and as dense as gelatine.
Its molecular form is different from liquid water in that it includes an extra atom of hydrogen and oxygen.
The biochemical composition of structured water is therefore H3O2 (instead of H2O for liquid water).
According to Professor Pollack, this subtle composition allows structured water to penetrate our cells and hydrate our organs. When we say that our bodies are mainly made up of water, we are in fact talking about structured water in the form of H3O2.
We are only at the beginning of research into structured water, and Professor Pollack's work is already revealing the fundamental role of this very special form of water:
- According to him, our cells are like little pockets filled with structured water.
Structured water is the essential molecule that enables our cells to be both solid and fluid.
It is this subtly balanced composition that keeps our cells in perpetual motion. - Professor Pollack's research also suggests that structured water is 2 times more hydrating than liquid water, because it helps our bodies retain water and circulate it wherever we need it.
- Structured water conducts energy through our bodies much more efficiently than ordinary water because of its density and unique, constantly evolving structure.
Foods containing electrolytes (such as coconut and chocolate), which release an electrical charge when they begin to dissolve in the body, trigger the creation of more structured water and, consequently, better hydration of the body.
Structured water with extraordinary benefits.
Since the dawn of time, people in poor health have been told to "drink more water", and some waters are even revered for their therapeutic properties.
According to Gérald Pollack, work on structured water could explain the therapeutic virtues of certain sacred water sources such as the Ganges or Lourdes.
Waters renowned for their therapeutic virtues most often come from deep underground springs or melting glaciers.
This water undergoes a pressure that helps transform liquid water (H2O) into denser, more structured water (H3O2).
Mountain water also has a higher structured water content than filtered water.
According to Prof. Pollack, liquid water first transforms into structured water before turning into ice, and vice versa.
When this ice sinks to become spring water again, it retains some of the therapeutic properties of structured water.
When your body is well hydrated, it comes back to life!
Today, more and more researchers are highlighting the crucial importance of good hydration for good health:
- In his famous book, "Your body wants water", which has sold millions of copies worldwide, Iranian doctor Fereydoun Batmanghelidj documents years of clinical practice showing the reversal of various pathologies such as osteoarthritis, asthma, hypertension, overweight, digestive problems and migraines, simply by hydrating better.
- New studies have even shown that very slight dehydration, a loss of as little as 2% of your body's water weight, has a negative effect on the body and brain.
You're likely to feel tired and drained of energy.
It can also make weight loss more difficult and even cause you to gain weight, as it slows down the metabolism.
Better hydration helps to reverse all these unpleasant and even health-threatening phenomena.
And thanks to Professor Pollack's work, we are discovering that hydration depends not only on the consumption of ordinary water (H2O) but also to a large extent on our consumption of structured water (H3O2).
How can you increase your intake of structured water (H3O2)?
According to the researchers and therapists who follow Prof. Pollack's work, there are various ways of doing this:
The desert dwellers discovered this long before Professor Pollack.
To stay hydrated, they rely in particular on the roots and leaves of certain plants, such as cacti, which are bursting with structured water.
Some vegetables and fruit are filled with structured water and can therefore be even more hydrating than liquid water.
That's why, to stay well hydrated, it's important to pay as much attention to what you eat as to what you drink.
To do this, opt for raw fruit and vegetables to preserve their structured water content.
The foods richest in structured water are cucumbers, lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, cauliflower, watermelon, strawberries, chia seeds, etc.
You can also better "structure" or "invigorate" the water you drink:
- Choose mountain spring water rather than filtered tap water.
The deeper your water comes from, the more structured it will tend to be, in particular because the minerals it contains reinforce this particular property. - Cool your water to 4 degrees.
At this temperature, spring water tends to be better structured.
But drinking it chilled is not recommended...
Take it out of the fridge before drinking.
Storing it in an earthenware jug would be ideal. - You can also add a pinch of sea salt to your bottle of water, as the electrolytes help to produce structured water.
- Another solution, a little more complex but even more effective, is to dynamise your water with a vortex machine.
This water dynamisation system creates a swirling movement that transforms your filtered water into structured H3O2 water.
