The universal earthing mat is ideal not only when you're in the office working on a computer, but also when you're watching TV, reading a book or just relaxing.

Easy to install

Simply plug the mat into an earthed wall socket using the cable and plug provided. In direct contact with the skin or under a thin cloth, the mat immediately begins to conduct the Earth's natural energy.

It must be connected to an earthed socket.

For earthing to be effective, it is essential to test the quality of your earthing system, either with a suitable device (earthing system tester, Tohm-E or Catohm DT-300 earthing meter) or by calling in a professional with the appropriate equipment. 

If the electrical installations are too old or badly installed, the earth connection may be inadequate or non-existent.

It's also very important to keep electric fields in the room to a minimum (clock radios, bedside lamps, unshielded power sockets and extension leads), to prevent them from interfering with the earthing system. Don't hesitate to measure them or have them measured!
