Earthing metallic rod

The Earthing rod is 30 cm long and comes with a 12-metre cord.

It compensates for any faults in your internal earthing system (wall sockets not earthed, insufficient earth, etc.).

For Earthing to be effective, it is essential to test the quality of your earthing system, either with a suitable device or by calling in a professional with the appropriate equipment.

If the electrical installations are too old or badly installed, the earth connection may be inadequate or non-existent. In this case, you can plant this metal earthing rod directly into the soil in your garden, preferably in a damp or rainy area.
You then connect your Earthing device to the cord.

As the earth wire is very thin and very strong, it can be passed through a window and will not be damaged when you close it.

If necessary, depending on the length of cable you need to reach the place where you want to use your Earthing device, you can use an Earthing extension lead (3 m or 12 m).

What is Earthing?

According to Clinton Ober, Stephen Sinatra and Martin Zucker's book "Connecting to the Earth, Perhaps the most important health discovery", which serves as a reference work on the subject, connecting the body to the earth (or earthing) restores the body's natural electrical balance and discharges it of electrostatic charges, just like when you walk barefoot in the grass.

It's also very important to keep electric fields in the room to a minimum (clock radios, bedside lamps, unshielded power sockets and extension leads), to prevent them from interfering with the earthing system. Don't hesitate to measure them or have them measured!
