Delivery costs and times vary according to the method chosen and the destination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, <strong>the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage during transport<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">The management of data by La Poste and DPD is their own responsibility. No banking information passes through or is stored on our site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">Responsibility for the management and security of payment data lies exclusively with <strong>Stripe<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\"><strong>Article 5 - Right of withdrawal and returns<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">In accordance with the<a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000032226842\/2020-08-27\">Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code<\/a>the Customer has a period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, <strong>with the exception of products excluded by law<\/strong>such that :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\"><strong>Made-to-measure or made-to-order products<\/strong> ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\"><strong>Textile items (clothing, sheets, bed linen, etc.)<\/strong> of which <strong>the packaging has been opened<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">The Seller <strong>reserves the right to refuse a return<\/strong> if the original packaging is damaged or open, or if the product can no longer be considered as new.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua', Palatino; font-size: 120%; color: #333399;\">Returns are <strong>at the Customer's expense<\/strong>and must be carried out <strong>with acknowledgement of receipt<\/strong>.
