Steel-Gray YShield protective fabric is an opaque fabric made from a blend of cotton, polyester and stainless steel, designed for making double curtains, bedspreads and bed linen (sheets, plaids, sleeping bags, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

A mixed-use fabric, it provides protection against high-frequency radiation from base stations, radio waves and other sources.\u00a05G<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>DECT cordless phones, WiFi, Wimax, radar, etc.), with 50 dB attenuation at 1 GHz, while eliminating 50 Hz electric fields when the fabric is earthed.<\/span><\/p>\n

As this fabric can be perceived as a little rough, we recommend that if you have sensitive skin, you use it as an overlay or place it under the fitted sheet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Very good resistance to washing (no discolouration or fading), easy to use.<\/span><\/p>\n

As this fabric is conductive, it can be earthed to protect against low-frequency electric fields.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
